How to connect, disconnect and set up your Mixergy tank.

I’ve just had my Mixergy tank installed. How do I start to use it?

Your tank will have arrived with a printed User Guide. This booklet provides information and advice on using your tank. If not available, all the information required to use your Mixergy tank will be available in the Homeowner section. Alternatively, download  a PDF of the User guide above.  

Registering my tank and using the App

The Mixergy App

To get the most out of your Mixergy tank, we recommend using the Mixergy App. The App is free to download and helps you to configure settings, add schedules and see data on your water and energy use. The App can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Registering your tank

To use the App, you'll need to create an account and register your tank. For guidelines on how to do this, see our Mixergy App guide.

Transferring ownership of a Mixergy tank

If the account tied to your tank needs to be changed (if you are moving home or have just taken ownership for example), you can do this using the Mixergy Gauge

Technical issues

I’ve got a technical problem with my tank – what do I do?

First, we'd recommend consulting the User Guide that came with your tank. this unavailable, you can access our user troubleshooting page or our Care Plan diagnostics guide.

Can Mixergy remotely connect to the tank and help me if I have a problem?

Yes, providing the Mixergy tank is online (blue connectivity light present on the gauge), the technical team at Mixergy will be able to connect remotely and help as required. See our user troubleshooting if you require support connecting your tank.

Can I connect to Google Assistant or Alexa?

Using Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa, your Mixergy tank can be controlled with voice control. See our cylinder controls and settings complete list of commands is available for Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
