I’ve just had my Mixergy tank installed. How do I start to use it?

Your tank will have arrived with a printed User Guide. This booklet provides information and advice on using your tank, including the Homeowners section, FAQs and Troubleshooting. You can also download the guide above.
I’ve got a technical problem with my tank – what do I do?
First, we'd recommend consulting the User Guide that came with your tank. If this unavailable, you can access the information in our Homeowners section, FAQs and Troubleshooting.
If you still have a problem, please message our technical team through the Contact page. Alternatively, call us on 01865 884 343 and select option 3.
Can Mixergy remotely connect to the tank and help me if I have a problem?
Yes, providing the Mixergy tank is online (blue connectivity light present on the gauge), the technical team at Mixergy will be able to connect remotely and help as required.
Where can I find out how to use the Mixergy App?

How do I get the Mixergy App?
The Mixergy App is available to download for free via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
How do I connect to smart voice devices like Google Assistant or Alexa?
Using Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa, your Mixergy tank can be controlled with voice control. A complete list of commands is available for Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
Transferring ownership of a Mixergy tank
If the account tied to your tank needs to be changed (if you are moving home for example), simply press and hold the boost down and power buttons for approximately 15 seconds. This will disassociate the existing account and enable you to register the tank. See the Mixergy App page for more information on registering your tank.
