If your schedules no longer appear in the Mixergy app or they’re not triggering the tank to heat, first determine what type of scheduling you were using: Manual or Auto (Smart).
Manual scheduling
If you created your own schedule:
- Open the app and go to the Schedules section
- Delete any broken or outdated schedules
- Add a new one with your preferred:
- Days of the week
- Start and end times
- Target temperature
- Save the schedule and confirm it displays correctly
Auto (Smart) scheduling
If you were using automatic scheduling with a smart tariff or time-of-use setup:
- Go to the Schedules section
- Select or re-select Auto Schedule
- Check if your custom smart tariff or Octopus Agile selection is still saved:
- If not, re-enter your tariff data or choose Octopus Agile from the dropdown
- Make sure Grid Assistance is enabled in the app settings — this feature must be active for Auto Scheduling to work
