Schedules Have Disappeared or Stopped Working

If your schedules no longer appear in the Mixergy app or they’re not triggering the tank to heat, first determine what type of scheduling you were using: Manual or Auto (Smart).

Manual scheduling

If you created your own schedule:

  1. Open the app and go to the Schedules section
  2. Delete any broken or outdated schedules
  3. Add a new one with your preferred:
    • Days of the week
    • Start and end times
    • Target temperature
  4. Save the schedule and confirm it displays correctly

Auto (Smart) scheduling

If you were using automatic scheduling with a smart tariff or time-of-use setup:

  1. Go to the Schedules section
  2. Select or re-select Auto Schedule
  3. Check if your custom smart tariff or Octopus Agile selection is still saved:
    • If not, re-enter your tariff data or choose Octopus Agile from the dropdown
  4. Make sure Grid Assistance is enabled in the app settings — this feature must be active for Auto Scheduling to work
