When setting up your tank in the app, it’s important to select the correct heat source to ensure the system functions properly and reports accurate data.
Selecting the right heat source
The three heat source options are:
- Electric: If your tank is heated by electricity only, such as an immersion heater or solar PV diverter
- Indirect (Gas): If your tank is also connected to a gas boiler
- Heat Pump: If you have an external heat pump connected to your tank, or you are using a Mixergy iHP
