If your Mixergy tank isn't delivering hot water, try the following steps before contacting support.
Check the app connection
Open the Mixergy app and confirm whether the tank appears online and responsive. If not, see the guidance below on tank and internet connection.
Review your schedules and settings
Make sure a heating schedule is active. Also check the target temperature is set between 55°C and 60°C. You can manually boost the tank to test if heating resumes.
Check power and heat source
Ensure the tank is turned on at the isolation switch. If you're using electricity or solar PV only, make sure your electric supply is working. If your system includes a gas boiler or heat pump, check that they are operating correctly.
