Managing your Mixergy Care Plan

Accessing the Mixergy Care plan

You can find information on the care plan from the Homepage (Controls) screen and at through the Hamburger Menu in the top left (look for 'Care plans').

From the Controls page, click on the Mixergy Care Icon (located between your MX number and the notifcations icon in the header). 

Choosing a Mixergy Care plan

If you do not already have a Mixergy Care plan, you will see options for Mixergy Care, Mixergy Care Plus and No cover. For Care and Care Plus, these have monthly and annual options. 

Once you've selected your plan, a payment pop-up will appear and you'll be guided through the . Once this is complete, your plan name and a 'Manage Subscriptions' button will appear if you want to review or change the details of your plan. 

Managing your Care Plan

If you would like to change your payment terms or the type of Mixergy Care you have, click on 'Manage Subscriptions' from the Mixergy Care page.

Changing your plan and payment terms

  1. Once you've clicked on 'Manage Subscriptions', you will be redirected to a webpage that shows you your current subscription.

  2. Click on 'Update subscription'.

  3. Under 'Update your subscription' label, you will see two tabs named, 'Monthly' and 'Yearly', along with a list of plans and costs. 

  4. Click the option your would like. Click on 'Continue' and you will be redirected to the payment page, with the balance payment that is needed to be paid.

  5. Click on 'Subscribe and pay'. This will update your subscription.

Changing your payment methods

  1. Once you've clicked on 'Manage Subscriptions', you will be redirected to a webpage that shows you your current subscription.

  2. Click on 'Add payment method' and enter the details of your new card. 

  3. Once this is done, you can remove your previous card and set a new default. 

Cancelling your plan

  1. Once you've clicked on 'Manage Subscriptions', you will be redirected to a webpage that shows you your current subscription.

  2. Click on 'Cancel your subscription'.
