Error When Entering Your Address During Setup

If you get an error message when entering your address in the app, there may be two causes to why this is happening.

How to fix it:

1. Reset your tank to remove the previous account

To register the tank to your own account:

  • Press and hold both the Boost Down and Power buttons on the Gauge (attached to the Mixergy tank) for around 15 seconds.

  • This will clear any previous registration.

  • Once reset, restart the registration process from the beginning.

2. Manually enter your address

If you're in a newly built property:

  • Click on "Enter address manually" when prompted.

  • Type in your full address details to continue with registration.
