Error When Entering Your Address During Setup

If you get an error message when entering your address in the app, the tank may still be linked to a previous account.

Resetting the tank

  • Press and hold both the Boost Down and Power buttons on the tank for about 15 seconds
  • This will remove the previous registration and allow you to register the tank to your account
