Restart the app

Sometimes, restarting the Mixergy app can resolve a one-off error during registration or scanning.

Scan the QR code if using Mixergy io

If you have a Mixergy io system, make sure to scan the QR code on the tank when prompted. This links your tank to your account.

Know when to contact us

If you’re still seeing an error or you cannot complete registration, there may be a configuration issue or previous account still linked to the tank.
