Connectivity Issues with TP-Link Setup

When there is no internet connectivity through TP-Link, confirm physical connections and re-pair if necessary.

Steps

  1. Plug TP-Link into a standard socket—avoid surge-protected strips.
  2. Check all LEDs are lit appropriately (Power, Ethernet, Data).
  3. If LEDs are off or incorrect:
    • Power down the Mixergy cylinder
    • Unplug then re-plug the TP-Link
    • Power Mixergy back on
  4. Still no connection? Press Pair on both the TP-Link and the Mixergy controller.

Note from training: Loose SD cards can also block connection. If TP-Link steps don’t work, check SD card placement inside the controller.
