When there is no internet connectivity through TP-Link, confirm physical connections and re-pair if necessary.
Steps
- Plug TP-Link into a standard socket—avoid surge-protected strips.
- Check all LEDs are lit appropriately (Power, Ethernet, Data).
- If LEDs are off or incorrect:
- Power down the Mixergy cylinder
- Unplug then re-plug the TP-Link
- Power Mixergy back on
- Still no connection? Press Pair on both the TP-Link and the Mixergy controller.
Note from training: Loose SD cards can also block connection. If TP-Link steps don’t work, check SD card placement inside the controller.
