We released a new set of terms and conditions on 19 February, 2025.

Mixergy Care

Mixergy Care Plan and Care Plan Plus are subscription options. In the event that you subscribe to Care Plan and Care Plan Plus and comply with your Care Plan Responsibilities you will maintain your Mixergy Cylinder’s warranty via remote diagnostics without the need for annual inspection.

Please note, you will still need to comply with your responsibilities under your Warranty and your Warranty will not apply in the event it has been invalidated. Please see warranty Information for further details.

Subscribing and Unsubscribing from a Mixergy Care Plan

You can subscribe to a Care Plan at any time within the first five years following installation of your Mixergy hot water cylinder. The minimum initial subscription period is eighteen months.

If you wish to cancel your plan, you can do so at any time after the minimum subscription period has expired. Service will persist for the remainder of the billing period, and the following payment will not be withdrawn from your account.

Your Care Plan Responsibilities

In order for your plan to effectively maintain your Mixergy cylinder’s warranty, you must ensure:

  • your Mixergy cylinder is connected to the Mixergy platform for at least 300 days per year. You can confirm whether your Mixergy cylinder is connected by inspecting the connectivity status light on the cylinder’s gauge. This will light up blue when connected and will remain unlit when not connected.
  • your Mixergy tank is not unconnected for any consecutive period of 28 days or more.
  • you keep up to date with your plan payments.
  • Mixergy reserves the right to terminate your plan, in the event that you do not comply with your responsibilities, payments will cease.

Changes to the Mixergy Care Plan

Mixergy reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions associated with this plan at any stage, customers will be notified of such changes in advance.

Mixergy reserves the right to increase the price of this plan at any time to reflect changes in business costs and/or inflation.

Mixergy reserves the right to terminate this plan, in the event that this happens, payments will cease and any outstanding cover period will be reimbursed.

Safety Valve Checks

In addition to the Care Plan and Care Plan Plus, Mixergy recommends that the operation of the safety valves (temperature and pressure relief valves) are checked on an annual basis by a qualified professional following the guidance detailed in the Installation and Servicing Manuals.

If you wish to have your cylinder professionally serviced, please contact one of our Mixergy Experts.
